Q. Does it cost anything to become
a mystery shopper?

A. It does not cost anything to apply.
You should never have to pay to
become a shopper.
Q. How can I become a mystery
shopper?

A. All you have to do is to sign up with
this  website. Go under Become a
Mystery Shopper. Take a short quiz
and then fill out an application. We will
review the quiz and application. Then
let you know if we would like you to
work for us.
Q. What qualifies you to complete
evaluations in a professional
manner?

A. A shopper must be reliable, honest,
accurate, and observant. A shopper
must also be able to follow directions
and make deadlines.
Q. What is considered to be
"professional attire?"

A. A shopper will most of time be in
casual clothing. Nothing that would be
out of the ordinary. A shopper must be
professional at all times. On a
occasion a shopper may be required
to go by the professional dress code
that a client may want.
Q. Is it okay to work for more than
one company?

A. It is okay to work for more than one
company. However you must never
share any confidential information
about one company to another
company.
Q. What will I be required to do as
a Mystery Shopper?

A. You will be given detailed
instructions on an assignment that you
accept. You will then in return give
detail feedback back to us.
All that you must give as feedback will
be in the instructions.
Q. If a see an assignment listed,
am I required to complete it?

A. No, you will first have to accept the
assignment that is listed. We will then
send you a
confirmation email letting
you know that the assignment is yours.
Q. What am I suppose to do if I do
not see any assignments listed?

A. Well there may not be any
assignments in your area.  You may
also not qualify for the assignment that
is available. The assignments may not
be available and someone may have
accepted the assignment.
Q. How much is the shop payment?

A. It will depend on what assignment
you accept. The payment will already
be set when you accept the
assignment. The payment at times may
also include reimbursements.  
Q. May I take others with me on
these assignments?

A. At times you can take someone with
you. Just as long as they do not
distract you from completing the
assignment.  Most of the time, the
client does not want you to take
anyone with you. But there are
assignments where you may be
required to take a child or a spouse
with you.
Q. What happens if I need to
reschedule or cancel an
assignment?

A. You will need to contact us
immediately so that we can reschedule
or find someone else to complete the
assignment. We ask that at least give
us a 24-hour notice. If you do not
contact us  to let us know that you
need to reschedule or cancel the
assignment. You will be removed out of
our system.  
Q. Do I have to purchase anything?

A. At times you may have to purchase
something. But you will receive
reimbursement for it. Some
assignments you will not be required to
purchase anything. You will just paid a
set fee for completing the assignment.
Q. If a shop says pay with "credit
card only",
is it acceptable to pay
with cash?

A. No, you will need to make sure that
you follow the directions carefully. If it
says pay with a credit card, then you
need to do so. If you do not follow the
instructions thoroughly, we will not be
able to use the report. You will also not
be paid for the assignment.

So to avoid that from happening, make
sure that you follow all the instructions
given to you.
Q. What am I suppose to do if I
forgot to get an employee's name
or description?

A. You will need to contact us
immediately so that we can resolve this
matter.
Q. If an employee treated me
rudely, what am I suppose to do?

A. You are to continue the assignment
if you have not finished already. You
will not say anything to the employee
about them being rude. You will need
to make note of this and put it in your
report.
Q. Do I have to accept any
assignments that you send to me?

A. You are not required to accept an
assignment unless you are willing to
complete it. Once you accept the
assignment you are required to
complete it.
Q. Why did you ask me for my
social security number?

A. This is asked because of tax
purposes only. We will not disclose any
information for any other purpose
other then what is required by law.
Q. Why are you asking me for my  
demographic information?

A. This is to make sure that we send
out shoppers with the right criteria
based the assignment.
Q. What am I to do if I know the
employee that I am evaluating?

A. We will ask on each assignment
before you accept it, if you may know a
family member, or a friend that works
at the location. There are cases where
you may have not known they worked
there. If this happens you do not need
to complete the assignment. You need
to contact us immediately so that we
can resolve this matter.
Q. Am I suppose to be honest and
accurate at all times?

A. You will need to be honest and
accurate when filling out these reports.
 These are people's jobs at risk. Just
because you did not like the person
because of their race, will not be
acceptable. You will not judge anyone
off of their demographics. A shopper is
suppose to evaluate what is required
in the instructions they receive. You
will be immediately removed from out
system, if we found out it was because
you judging a employee on
demographics. You also have to be
honest and accurate because the
clients deserves to know what is
actually going on.
Q. When am I suppose to send in
the report  

A. You have 24 hours from the time
you accept the shop. You must
complete it and then put the report in
online. This will make sure that we
make the deadline for our clients.

Q. How do I update my personal
information?

A. Just contact us and we can
resolve that matter for you. We will
update the information for you.
Q. How will I know there are
assignments in my area?

A. We will send you an email on what is
available in your area. All you have to
do is accept what you are willing to
complete.
Q. How do I know that everything
is okay with my report?

A. If you do not receive a phone call or
an email from us. Then everything is
okay. You will not have to do anything
further. In the event that we do have to
contact you, you must respond to us
immediately. It is crucial that we get the
most accurate information to the client.
 If you do not respond, we will not be
able to use the report and you will not
be paid.  
Q. Do I need to have any
experience?

A. No, you do not have to have
experience. It will helps if you get
certified. A certified shopper will be the
first  to get accepted for a shop.
Q. How old can I be to shop for to
work for your company?

A. You have to be at least 18 years of
age to complete most of the shops we
have available.
Some shops may require a shopper
under 18 years of age, but they will be
required to be accompanied by an
adult.
