Your complete satisfaction with our product and service is important to us and we will do everything we
can to ensure you are a happy customer. With this in mind we have compiled information from frequently
asked questions from customers just like you. You are always welcome to call or email us for answers!
Ordering and Payment Methods:
1) ORDER ONLINE: Order and pay online.
2) OTHER OPTIONS: Order by phone, or email, and/or provide credit card information one of these ways.
(Do not email your credit card information; email is not secure.)
3) PAYMENT: We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is due at the time your order is placed.
Shipping:
•We DO NOT ship outside the U.S., not even to Canada. UPS charges large brokerage fees for delivery to
Canada and we have not been satisfied with the tracking system of the US Postal Service, therefore we will
no longer ship outside the U.S. Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal
delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation.
•CHARGES: We use USPS & UPS for shipping. USPS shipping starts at $6.00. UPS ground starts at $9.50.
Our shopping cart will show your shipping total before you get to the payment screen.

Please allow the appropriate shipping time (4-10 days) based on your location and shipping service level.
For an expedited shipping service, please let us know.
Electronic Art Guidelines
This is based on those customers that send in pictures for us to print. The quality of your product will
depend on the quality of your artwork. Please ask if you have any questions about what we need. We will
be happy to work with you to get your art into usable form. In a nutshell, we need your artwork at 600 dpi,
preferably in jpeg format.
Terms and Conditions/Returns
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as
possible if you have a concern with your order. Non-personalized items may be returned for an exchange
within 10 days of receiving the product. There will be no refund/exhange on personalized items.
•Order Cancellation
ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If we have already processed and shipped out the order, it
cannot be canceled. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, contact us before placing the order.
Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is placed.
Privacy Policy
We never share your information with 3rd parties except to process your payments and orders. We retain
your information only for the purposes of assisting you with future orders and contacting you about
specials in which you may be interested in.
General Information-
•Catalog Requests
- We do not produce mail-order catalogs to all our consumers. We only print those to our retailers. The cost
of printing them would be way too high given that there are new products being produced.
•Checking Order Status
- Simply click on the View Cart button at the top of each page. You will need your confirmation number and
zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will
be able to track it online. If you have ordered through the main shopping cart, email us at any time for a
status update on your order.
•Making Changes
- If you've sent your order and you've found you've made a mistake, please call us or email us immediately.
We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note
additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your
order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it remade.
•Ordering More
- Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. If your order cannot be stopped
we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.
•Reorders
- To place a reorder, email or call us and we can process that for you. You will need your confirmation or
invoice number and zip code to recall your previous order.
